Any over-the-counter pill that you can take that will calm you?

I tried Kava Kava, but it did nothing for me.

I need something that will definitely work.
Btw, I should mention that I’m mainly seeking a temporary quick fix at the moment. I need something that’ll work a.s.a.p.
